Hey guys! Been awhile since I've touched base with everyone :aww: How is everyone doing?
Sadly I'm struggling a bit in this new year. I've changed my eating habits a bit so I've been eating better but I have to get my lazy butt back to the gym. I'm hoping to get back at it by the end of the month. Why is it so hard :shakefist:

Hey guys! Been awhile since I've touched base with everyone :aww: How is everyone doing?
I've been doing pretty well. I've dropped 20 pounds in 1.5 years (so so so excited) and about 2 months ago I gave up energy drinks and strictly started drinking water. I'm slowly getting back into my gym routine. Eventually I hope to get to the gym 3+ days a week. Also been trying to get in as many walks/hikes as I can before it turns too cold :(

I've been a bit preoccupied with some things in my life ~ haven't been on in a while XD.
My current diet changes include severely limiting dairy intake and drinking only water (except maybe 4 or 5 times per month when I have a root beer or ginger ale). After these two changes I've dropped about 3% body fat and am down to approx 10% body fat. (*edit* Also, about 3 months ago I 100% quit alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine)
I've also taken up yoga in addition to my usual exercises ~ it is truly more difficult than one would think!
My current goals are to run 2 miles in under 13 minutes (current 2 mile time is around 15) and to drop body fat to 8%.
