Hey guys! AshleyxBrooke here. So I know the groups been a bit quiet for awhile but I'd like to change that :aww: I recently restarted my diet/workout stuff on August 3rd and I'm looking for anyone else that has started or wants to start? I need all the motivation and support I can get and would love to be the motivation and support for YOU too! I've been a bit preoccupied with some things in my life ~ haven't been on in a while XD.

My current diet changes include severely limiting dairy intake and drinking only water (except maybe 4 or 5 times per month when I have a root beer or ginger ale). After these two changes I've dropped about 3% body fat and am down to approx 10% body fat. (*edit* Also, about 3 months ago I 100% quit alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine)

I've also taken up yoga in addition to my usual exercises ~ it is truly more difficult than one would think!

My current goals are to run 2 miles in under 13 minutes (current 2 mile time is around 15) and to drop body fat to 8%.
