We all know how much of a struggle it is to try and do things on your own. Especially trying to lose weight. This group was made for people to have a place to go when they are seeking help with motivation or just want to chat about their experiences and motivate others!

So how do we plan on using this group?

We have set up a Members Goals blog for 2015. If you want to participate please send AshleyxBrooke a note with your goals and they will be added to the blog. We'll meet up every so often and see how everyone is doing! This group is meant to be for helping and motivation so please use it to your advantage :heart: You do NOT need to tell us your weight. Just how much you are looking to lose (or even gain!)  The point is to hopefully get everyone into a routine and we will help each other along the way :heart:

 2016 Member Goals



"My resolution for 2016 is to keep losing weight. My goal is 135. I will get to this goal by exercising more and eating healthier. I'm also looking into starting yoga and meditations. I'm hoping to REACH my goal by the end of 2016" - AshleyxBrooke

I am very excited to see such a big number of goals! When I first made this group, I didn't think anyone would be interested  and to see the group still going a year later is an awesome feeling! I know you guys will do great. You just need to keep positive. Some days will be harder than others for sure but if you keep pushing and you REALLY want these goals met? You can do it.

Take me for example. I'm one of the laziest people ever :lol: But one day I decided that I wanted, No. NEEDED to make changes if I ever wanted to be happy with myself. So the past year or so I've pushed myself as much as I can and I feel 10x better then I used to. Even if you start slow, don't worry. Small steps are better then no steps.  If you're feeling discouraged please feel free to note me,(AshleyxBrooke ) and we can talk.

Quick update here! I lost now together 15 kg/ 33 lbs. My waist was 114 cm and it is now 88 cm. I am very happy!

I feel horrible because after a year of hard training and harsh discipline, I've slacked off for a few weeks. I've even had Frozen Yogurt a few times and I've had two ice creams from a Baskin Robins. :'-( 

I am used to training once in the morning and once at night. Now, it is hard to do one normal training session (1 hour 10 minutes each). I've backslid and I hope I can get back on the right track.

One or two frozen yoghurts won't do all too much to your body, just make sure to run a extra lap and you should be okay ;)

I hope so. Sunday begins a new week. I will be sure to correct myself. It's so easy to say, "I'll begin tomorrow". That "tomorrow" seems to never come.

A word of advice to everyone - do not backslide and think that "it's just this once". That "one time" becomes easily two, three, and multiple times. I like this group, though, since I feel I have support and accountability. :-)
