2016 Member Goals
"My resolution for 2016 is to keep losing weight. My goal is 135. I will get to this goal by exercising more and eating healthier. I'm also looking into starting yoga and meditations. I'm hoping to REACH my goal by the end of 2016" -
AshleyxBrooke"I am hoping to lose weight. I don't know how far I will get, but I am keeping an open mind. I just want to be healthy" -
WendysKaleidoscope"My goals is to eat and get firm and have stronger muscles and also try out new sports" -
Daghrgenzeen "I would like to lose 50 lbs in 2016." -
CRG-Free"I'd like to Wii Fit more.
Maybe get down to a "normal" weight instead of being at "risk of overweight".
And also, a healthier diet which will consist of less snacking, less desserts, more fruits and vegetables, controlling my hunger, controlling portions of supper and my breakfast cereal and other things like that." -
angelicroses37"My 2016 goal is to continue losing weight and reach 120lbs by May. I will do this by continuing to be cautious of what I eat and by working out regularly. After May, my goal is to keep my weight at 120 through the rest of the year." -
AshATurner"My goal in 2016 is to continue to lose weight, be more active, and get my weight down to 116lbs. I will try not to eat too much of junk food, focussing on wholesome and unprocessed food, and reduce my alcohol and cigarette consumption. Instead of taking taxis all the time, I will try to walk more and use the buses and trains to also save more money." -
nosugarjustanger"My goal for 2016 is to get toned, I want to see or be able to feel some ab muscle by the end of the year" -
Freckle-F0x"My goal is to keep watching my weight and see if I'm happy where I am or if I want to continue trying to lose weight. At this point I'm okay with where I am, and the amount of food I eat to stay here is satisfying to me, and I don't know if I WANT to lose any more because food
Plus I'm balancing my mental health with my weight and making sure my self-worth isn't tied up in my weight, so letting go of probably-unrealistic weight loss goals may be my goal this year: -
GoaliGrlTilDeath"My goal is to lose 8-10kg, to cut down on eating high-carb foods, eat more veggies and be more active." -
nadjasybill"My goal is to cut down the amount of mountain dew I drink some more. I currently go through a 2 liter every 2 days, hopefully cut it down to a 2 liter every 3 to 4 days." -
creaturenight"In 2016, my goal weight is to be around 135 pounds. I'd like to become more active, not be so self conscious when exercising ,drink more water, and eat healthier. " -

Energuella"My goal in 2016 is to start swimming again! And just to eat healthier in general, focus on exercising and getting stronger... Oh and achieving abs and toning up would be great" -
KitKatKira"I want to lose 45 lbs and getting more fit La la la la For my own health ofcourse and I want to wear more pretty clothes
Eating more healthy and less ( looks sad at her chocolate) and more sports!" -
Chiyogami-Yuzen "My resolution is to lose 40 lbs. by June/July and then lose about 10-20 more lbs. from there to the end of the year. I want to feel good and look good, therefore, I will start eating healthier and exercising lots more. I know I can do this and everyone else with a goal can do this, too!" -

I am very excited to see such a big number of goals! When I first made this group, I didn't think anyone would be interested and to see the group still going a year later is an awesome feeling! I know you guys will do great. You just need to keep positive. Some days will be harder than others for sure but if you keep pushing and you REALLY want these goals met? You can do it.
Take me for example. I'm one of the laziest people ever
But one day I decided that I wanted, No. NEEDED to make changes if I ever wanted to be happy with myself. So the past year or so I've pushed myself as much as I can and I feel 10x better then I used to. Even if you start slow, don't worry. Small steps are better then no steps. If you're feeling discouraged please feel free to note me,(
AshleyxBrooke ) and we can talk.
You guys are awesome and this is going to be a great year. Good luck!
